Create What You Love. Feel Good Doing It.
Where creativity, wellness and meaningful work come together.
Hey, I’m Lynsey!
With over 10 years of experience in creative strategy, brand development and entrepreneurship, I’ve built a career around helping people move from overwhelm to clarity and bringing their ideas to life.
After experiencing burnout firsthand, my work began to shift. I became more intentional about movement, recovery and taking care of myself. Eventually this lead me to return to the ice, becoming a breathwork facilitator, and getting my certified in classical Pilates.
Today, I bring those worlds together to help you feel stronger, more connected to yourself and supported in whatever you’re creating next. Because I believe you can create what you love without losing yourself in the process.

Done in a Day
Some ideas don’t need another six months of planning. They need the right people in the room to help you actually make them happen.
Done in a Day is a collaboration between Lauryn Laz and me, bringing together what we both do best, strategy, brainstorming, creative direction, design and execution. We help you take the idea that’s been living in your head and turn it into something real.
We’ll spend one focused day making decisions, connecting the dots and actually building alongside you. From a new offer or website to a launch, sales page or something we haven’t even dreamed up yet, the goal is simple: make some serious magic and get the thing DONE.
Collaborations
From wellness experiences to creative projects, brand partnerships and sponsorships, I’m always open to exploring something special together. Have an idea? I’d love to hear about it.
