My Story
My journey into event planning began at a young age, often assisting my mom with community events. While attending college for Graphic Communication, I discovered my passion for expressing creativity through event planning and design. In 2014, I joined forces with my mom to co-found Pixie Dust Events, where we focused on weddings and social gatherings.
After college, I made the move to Downtown Detroit and immersed myself in the vibrant, fast-paced world of large-scale event production. Working with renowned brands across the country, I refined my craft and gained invaluable experience in event logistics and planning.
In recent years, my focus has evolved toward creating meaningful experiences and supporting visionary leaders in bringing their ideas to life. Fueled by a passion for strategy, creativity, and transformation, I launched Lynsey & Co to offer consulting, share insights through speaking engagements, and curate resources that empower others to align their work with clarity and intention.
Boutique Brands
Beyond consulting and strategy, I express my creativity through my Etsy shops, where I design products that spark joy and inspire everyday moments.
Digital Cinderella
Digital Cinderella was Lynsey’s first brand that launched in 2013. Over the years it has transitioned from a branding agency to an online boutique that specializes in inspirational products that add joy to your everyday life.
Real Estate Girl Gang
As a former Loan Officer, Real Estate Girl Gang was established to help real estate professionals expand the reach of their brand with customizable marketing templates and curated promotional products

I’m a figure skater who won the Adult Gold National Title in 2017.
I returned to the ice in 2024 in the hope of making my competitive comeback and chasing new dreams!
Animal Lover
I’m a dog mom to Ella, my lovable Italian Mastiff who despite her size is ironically afraid of everything. She’s the real baby of the house, and I’m her emotional support human.
I also have a cat, Nala, who rules the house with her sass and charm!
